The Board of Directors of the Wasi Cross Country Ski Club is proposing changes to its Constitution and Bylaws at its next Annual General Meeting on April 2, 2024. The changes proposed focus on:
- The terms of the President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer to be staggered so there is overlap with new appointees(when applicable)
- The change in how nominations to the Board of Directors are made
- Updating the roles and responsibilities of the Directors responsible for Registration, Media, Website, Volunteers and Special Events to better reflect changes in the Club’s social media and online activities
Amendments of the by-laws requires a minimum two-thirds (2/3) or unanimous consent of the membership.
